Returns and Exchanges

Nobody likes the hassle of having to return or exchange items! Most of our items are made-to-order and it's our goal to get it perfect the first time. 

We thank you in advance for carefully referencing the size charts on our apparel and dimensions of our other products. If you have questions about sizing, we are happy to help and can be reached at customerservice@cedarsandsunsets.com

For all returns, exchanges or related inquiries, please contact returns@cedarsandsunsets.com within 7 days of receiving your order and provide the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your request
  • Return: The product(s) you would like to return
  • Exchange: The product(s) you would like to have exchanges

If a size didn't work out for you, we are happy to exchange it for another size or store credit. Shipping will be at your expense and returned items must be sent back within 30 days.

If there is a quality issue, a size/design was not as specified, or the item is damaged, please include photos in your email so we can better understand and resolve the issue. In most cases, a replacement will be shipped to you at our expense.
